Benchmark Restaurant in Rosemont

Surprisingly good food for a hotel--in fact, I would have dinner here on a regular basis if I lived in Chicago. Everything on the menu was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Our group tried everything from the short ribs to sandwiches to wings and everything was excellent. You have to try the pickles! The service was exactly what you should expect of a fine dining establishment.

Very attentive and friendly staff. A pleasant change for a hotel restaurant. Food and drinks were good. Give it a try if you stay at the Westin O'Hare.

Fabulous food and service.

Very good food, great service!The scallops, were great , the wedge salad was light and refreshing, the Amish chicken was tender with great flavor, and finally cheese cake with cherry, looks and tasted amazing

Bar area seems to be constantly swamped. Slow or non-existent service

We had an absolutely fabulous experience for 4 wonderful days of meals at the benchmark!!! Fanomilal service & food by Miguel, Antiono, Joey, & Jesus! Very Clean & Professional! Really nice restaurant. We were totally surprised at how good the food was. No complaints. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean restaurant and considering the food was served buffet style, everything was organized and laid out neatly. Didn’t have to wait for them to re-fill anything. One of our favorite things about the Westin Hotel.

The place was packed so service was stretched and blunt. Nonetheless the food was very tasty, yet more pricey than I think it was worth. Overall I was pleased with the experience though it was merely a one-time visit.

Ate late night burgers. This restaurant is located in The Westin by the airport. Food was tasty and prepared as requested. The food is typically good here as we've been here many times. My only complaint is last night there were about a dozen 18-21 year olds in the bar/ couch area that were loud and obnoxious. I was surprised that even tho they were clearly startled as one was shrieking, they did nothing to quiet them down. It seemed annoying to most guests eating nearby.

Share the small plates. Very good quality and we left nothing behind. A good selection for a well worn airport Westin. Decent old fashioned.

Pretty solid, no complaints, except bathrooms are outside the restaurant

Not open 24 hours they need to change this on google, i assume the 24 hours parts comes from room service if your staying at Westin but trust me unless sliced beets sounds good after 11pm your better off at dennys

Didn't eat here...but I did stay at the hotel and it was perfect!

The Benchmark offers a decent variety of food choices, a standard hotel bar/restaurant atmosphere and an easy stop for a quick bite to eat with a cold drink.

Bartender is nice and beers are okay. Avoid the sausage flatbread. It was awful.

For a hotel restaurant, I'm impressed! Service was great! The chicken sandwich and the ceaser salad tasted great!

Bacon burger was delicious! The fries were the perfect compliment! The serve was excellent and quick! The wings per my co worker were delicious but spicier than anticipated. The mushroom ravioli was good but not filling. Turkey sandwich had an excellent presentation and was good. I would order my burger and fries again!

Joey is the man. Very good and honest advice. Spent more on food than the hotel room, if that says anything.

Food was awesome

Ate there because it closes at 11 pm and I arrived to the hotel at 10. Food was pretty good but expensive. There was a waiter who was hard to hear and he kept adding items to my bill when I assumed it was included.I went to the bar later in the week and the area is a nice place to drink and chat and relax (though it was lively since 40 of us were at the hotel the entire week, I assume it's usually much more quiet). I had a Malibu and it was light and sweet just as I asked for $10, $13 after tax and tip. Also, I couldn't stop munching on the trail mix.

Friendly staff, great food, and the best craft beer selection for a hotel restaurant that I've really ever seen. I consistently go there for lunch + after-work drinks.

Great sports bar. I've gone during the day and night and the atmosphere is always great. Friendly staff and tasty food. Highly recommend the wings :)

It's a nice restaurant. There were flies in April so it makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the restaurant itself. Karen was very kind and efficient. It's a nice place to come and unwind after a long day.

The food is overpriced.

Bellini is nice semi sweet, chicken wings are spicy and crab cakes are great. Lovely atmosphere and a great place to watch any sport event. The overhead music Is diverse and not too loud.

Gave one star because that was the lowest aloud. Food was equivlant to eating a handful of salt at best. Horrible food, dreadful service and drab atmosphere. Would give a negative if possible. Better off ordering delivery from outside restaurant or just eating left over peanuts from flight in. A disrespect to Chicago cuisine/restaurants .
